Agar Wood & Sandalwood Prayer Necklace

This necklace features 32 beads of scented Agar wood, known for it's sweet and creamy odor used for incenses, herbs, tinctures, and oils. On the opposing side there are 32 beads of Sandalwood which traditionally has been used in Asia for it's rich scent for ceremonial purposes, as well as in the creation of incense, perfumes, and TCM. 

The bottom of the necklace features a gourd pendant which can be opened and closed for contents to be added to or removed from. Adjacent to the gourd are two cinnabar Ruyi, which signify prosperity and stability. These, paired with the hand-carved prayer hands and rich fragrance of the wood, make this necklace a perfect companion for peaceful meditation and contemplation.
